Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the fragrance remains in its original cellophane wrapping and secure the bottle inside its signature aluminum canister and branded box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the item is in its original, saleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
